- Safeguard store assets through proper cash handling and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure seamless store operations and cleanliness standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in evening environment
- Strong aptitude for POS systems and retail technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience with inventory management software
