Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Exceed sales targets through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory and merchandising for assigned departments
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with night crew to ensure store readiness for peak morning hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
