Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (PM shifts)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure visual excellence
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store security and cleanliness
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (including weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
