Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (KPIs).
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain store appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing displays to keep the sales floor inviting.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and support operational needs.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales support is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer groups.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business volume.
