Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their sales inquiries and product needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves during the overnight shift.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers arriving early.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS system.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
