Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and determine their specific needs to provide exceptional service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
- Merchandise displays and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build rapport with repeat customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
