- Proactively manage inventory and merchandising standards to maintain premium store presentation
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer preferences and follow up on high-value leads
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless store operations and security protocols
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Participate in after-hours inventory reconciliation and store preparation for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with documented sales achievements
- Strong track record in exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in POS systems and retail management software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
