Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance during night shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve sales targets
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid CA driver's license (for potential inventory runs)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
