Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting nighttime shopping environment
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with night crew team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Implement loss prevention protocols and maintain store security during evening operations
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and maintain compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with cash handling procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona ID and reliable transportation
