Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are organized, priced, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing stock orders for the day shift.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment throughout the night shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
