Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and problem resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute floor merchandising, restocking, and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with night crew to maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred for logistics support
- Previous night shift experience a plus
