Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selections and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to company standards.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and visual merchandising for the night shift.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms remain clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with the morning team to hand over operational reports and any outstanding customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with technology, tablets, and POS systems is preferred.
