Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients across Washington DC during evening and overnight hours
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Conduct in-person client meetings and product demonstrations at client locations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional follow-up and service
- Collaborate with daytime sales team to ensure seamless client handoffs and information sharing
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Attend mandatory weekly team briefings during daytime hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to work independently during evening/overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel within Washington DC metropolitan area
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
