Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships through evening client visits and targeted prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets in assigned territory (Tarrant County)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and activity reporting
- Attend mandatory evening team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Availability to work 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Friday
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage territory and schedule
