Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours to expand client base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized on-site meetings and virtual follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new revenue opportunities within assigned territories
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Attend mandatory evening training sessions and team meetings to refine sales techniques
- Submit accurate daily activity reports and sales forecasts to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven outside sales or B2B experience with documented track record
- Availability to work night shift (typically 5 PM - 1 AM) with reliable transportation
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
- Strong local knowledge of Boston metro area and surrounding communities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining proactive communication
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
