Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outside sales calls during night shift hours (8 PM - 4 AM) across El Paso County
- Cultivate and expand B2B relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Present customized solutions and negotiate contracts to exceed quarterly quotas
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reports
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts for seamless client handoffs and follow-ups
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging market opportunities

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years proven outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Documented success achieving/exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and mobile sales technologies
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts and weekend appointments
