Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients during evening/night hours
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies
- Present product solutions to C-suite executives and procurement managers
- Close deals and manage full sales cycle pipeline
- Utilize CRM system for client relationship management
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless account handoffs
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic planning
- Attend industry night events and trade shows after hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
