Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours to identify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through in-person visits and consultative selling
- Exceed monthly sales targets by promoting our premium product portfolio
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless account handover and strategy alignment
- Attend mandatory evening training sessions and sales workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for product demonstrations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
