Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume outbound calling schedule to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, build rapport, and present solutions to decision-makers via phone and email.
- Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update pipeline data, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Adhere to compliance regulations and company sales scripts while maintaining a personalized approach.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business-to-business telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment during the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and possess a strong "hunger" for success.
