Responsibilities
- Generate new business through evening client visits and after-hours networking events
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for San Diego County
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to residential and commercial clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through persistent follow-up and relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional evening availability and comfort with night shift hours
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
