Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening/night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for industrial/commercial sectors
- Present product solutions to decision-makers in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare
- Close deals and maintain client relationships through CRM platforms
- Exceed quarterly sales targets with consistent monthly performance
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless client handoffs and coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work full-time night shift (Monday-Saturday)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Residency in Fort Worth/Dallas Metroplex required
