Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present and sell SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Close 15-20 deals monthly while maintaining CRM accuracy

- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Attend daily sales huddles and performance reviews
- Maintain 95%+ activity metrics in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience with daily payout or commission-based structures
