Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM data analysis
- Present product demos and close deals with average deal value $5K-$15K
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 30+ call/day volume
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document sales activities in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 1-3 years B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working night shift (5 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Metrics-driven mindset with data analysis capabilities
