Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling and digital prospecting
- Build rapport with prospects while articulating product value propositions
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Participate in daily training sessions and skill development workshops
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
