Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting and cold outreach during evening hours
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Exceed monthly sales targets through solution-based selling and negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless handoff of client accounts
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs during evening appointments
- Submit detailed weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and territory planning abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
