Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses through evening in-person visits and consultations
- Exceed monthly sales targets for our B2B service portfolio in assigned territories
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to propose customized solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing using CRM software
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Submit detailed activity reports and pipeline updates weekly
- Represent company at local evening networking events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for evening travel
- Strong time management and self-motivation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently in various Philadelphia neighborhoods
- Flexible schedule availability (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
