Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized on-site consultations
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to exceed monthly sales targets
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Represent company at evening networking events and trade shows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong time management and self-motivation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in field settings
