- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through field prospecting and B2B outreach

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with track record of quota achievement
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with high resilience for night shift work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for San Diego market
