Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with local businesses during evening hours (6 PM - 11 PM)
- Develop new client relationships in Philadelphia's underserved commercial sectors
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission structure
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain client databases
- Collaborate with day team for seamless account handoffs
- Attend monthly sales training and quarterly incentive trips
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work evening shifts (Monday-Saturday 6 PM-11 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Philadelphia market knowledge strongly preferred
