Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours to maximize accessibility
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for B2B solutions
- Present product demonstrations and close deals through consultative selling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences

- Attend mandatory night shift training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales or B2B experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
