Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients across Houston metropolitan area
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts during evening hours
- Develop and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with strategic territory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and maintain accurate sales data
- Attend mandatory training sessions and product knowledge updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work night shift (6 PM - 2 AM) Monday-Friday
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to travel 40-50% within Houston metro area
