Responsibilities
- Execute face-to-face sales presentations to commercial clients during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of local business prospects through strategic networking
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction metrics
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities in El Paso area
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless client experience and lead handoffs
- Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and forecast sales accurately
- Represent company at local evening events and industry networking functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in diverse business settings
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong time management skills for independent evening work schedule
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
