Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage high-value clients through evening/night field visits and virtual meetings
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and post-sale support
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-team counterparts to ensure seamless handoffs and coverage
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry networking events during evening hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environments
