- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and solution-based consultations for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain detailed sales pipeline documentation and forecast reporting
- Participate in continuous training on product innovations and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making
- Flexibility to work night shift (7 PM - 3 AM EST) with weekend availability
- California market knowledge or willingness to develop deep expertise
