Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital prospecting
- Manage full sales cycle from qualification to close for enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops
- Document client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling expertise
- Comfortable working night shift (6 PM - 2 AM EST) with schedule flexibility
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in commission-based roles
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
