As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, and ready to excel in a direct-hire position.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and revenue.
- Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism, speed, and accuracy.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update customer records.
- Present product demonstrations and close deals over the phone effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly quotas.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
