Responsibilities
- Generate new business through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Exceed monthly KPIs for qualified leads, conversions, and revenue generation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track pipeline metrics, and forecast sales
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and customized solution presentations
- Maintain deep product knowledge across our SaaS and hardware portfolios
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Availability for 5 PM - 1 AM MST schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for occasional client meetings)
