Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Present product demos and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Document all client interactions and update account records accurately.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Telemarketing (entry-level with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
