Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email, and CRM tools during night shifts.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Telesales.
- Must be available to work the night shift (varies, typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
