Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Present SaaS solutions to C-level executives across enterprise accounts
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless account handoffs
- Attend weekly product training and sales strategy sessions
- Utilize data analytics to optimize outreach timing and messaging
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills for high-value client conversations
- Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shift
- Experience with remote sales processes and asynchronous communication
