Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close deals to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline data in CRM systems accurately
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or outbound sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
