Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Consult with clients to identify needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission structure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Maintain 95%+ call activity and documentation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience or relevant customer service background
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven culture
- Available to work Monday-Friday 9 PM - 5 PM MST
