Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to high-value clients across Florida markets
- Close sales deals while maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Exceed monthly revenue targets in a commission-driven structure
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless handoffs and strategy alignment
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (9 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
