Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads through outbound calls and emails.
- Present company products/services to potential clients and overcome objections effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Participate in nightly sales training and team huddles to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment (e.g., 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.
