Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify B2B leads through multi-channel prospecting
- Present product solutions to potential clients via phone/video conferencing
- Exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce and HubSpot automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales workflows
- Document all interactions in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
- Strong negotiation skills with consultative selling approach

- Flexible schedule availability for night shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
