Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the Pennsylvania market and broader region.
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails.
- Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
- Track all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales (Highly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
