Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and closing terms to secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for professional growth.
