Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach during night shift hours
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Present tailored product solutions to prospects using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Availability to work consistent night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
