Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through outbound calls and digital channels
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 95% call quality standards
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and track pipeline progress
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns
- Provide product demonstrations and overcome technical objections
- Meet KPIs for conversion rates, call volume, and average deal size
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 2 PM MST)
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends
