Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Exceed monthly sales quotas for enterprise software solutions
- Build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close complex deals
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track sales metrics
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultations
- Participate in nightly team training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
